First Lady Mini is my homage to the iconic U.K. First Class Stamp which features HRH, The Queen.
This re-interpretation uses my X- Rayed Queen’s profile combined with the well known 1st font used on the first class stamp.
My X-Ray works highlight, despite our standing in society and regardless of colour, creed, gender or sexual orientation, the fact that we are all equal - we comprise skin and bone.
My work celebrates the importance of both diversity and equality but above all the inclusiveness for all, which is what art should be, for everyone
This small edition is printed on Hahanemuhle Pearl paper which is a lovely semi-gloss paper
